In the last twelve months Mental Health, including stress, continues to play a large part of health problems in the workplace, and this year we’ve heard more people openly share their personal stories.
Experts on the day will be Thea Roberts who specialises in leadership assessment, development and coaching and Dr Dorian Dugmore, PhD Cardiovascular Medicine who is Director of Corporate Wellbeing at the FA, Director of Beyond the Barriers and is a world leader in cardiovascular health and wellness. Plus inspirational England footballer and Paralympian Darren Harris!
