Visitors to a Staffordshire family farm attraction will be able to experience its new Musical Maze, a sensory outdoor play area uniquely designed to be accessible for all abilities to enjoy and experience. The new attraction arrives as the Farm gears up for a busy summer season following record visitor numbers during the spring.
The National Forest Adventure Farm, located in Tatenhill, continually invests in indoor and outdoor play areas to provide visitors with fresh, fun and one of a kind activities to explore. Since opening in 2011 the owners have continued to invest in the attraction’s play areas which welcomes over 200,000 visitors each year.
The hand built permanent wooden Musical Maze has six special outdoor instruments that visitors can hunt for as they make their way around the maze, creating their own special tunes. The attraction has been specifically built with wide and flat pathways making it accessible by all.
“We continually invest in the farm’s permanent play areas to offer new experiences to our visitors, taking inspiration from the wonderful, magical attractions Tom and I enjoy visiting in other countries,” said Ivor Robinson, who runs the farm attraction with his brother Tom Robinson.
“Both of us are passionate about offering new and exciting play areas for families. It’s a strong belief of ours that sensory play is an important part of a child’s development and we are really pleased that the Musical Maze allows adults and children of all abilities take part.”
The Musical Maze will house six large instruments, supplied by outdoor instrument specialist Percussion Play including two types of drums, tubular bells, chimes and xylophones.
Tickets to visit the farm are available on the day or savings can be made when booking in advance online at: www.adventurefarm.co.uk
