Expansion plans for Ischebeck Titan after major investment

FCM is proud to be working with a global formwork and groundwork engineering firm, as it announces ambitious growth plans after investing in a new headquarters in Staffordshire. Ischebeck Titan has added a new Head Quarters just a few hundred metres from its existing premises on Wellington Road (A5121), Burton upon Trent. The purpose-built 64,000 sq ft unit comprises of a 57,000 sq ft distribution centre and 7,000 sq ft office, it houses senior management, marketing, operations, finance and HR departments. Stuart Bamford, Managing Director of Ischebeck Titan Group in the UK, which is a specialist provider of engineered solutions for concrete frame construction and ground engineering applications in the civil engineering and construction industries, said thanks to consistent growth in business in recent years, it was now looking to accelerate its expansion plans. It hopes to add many new jobs across a variety of disciplines, strengthening the 36 staff already employed on site in Burton. “Our investment has not only financed new offices, we’ve also upgraded our operations with additional product lines, innovations and increased stock levels in the UK,” he said. As the formwork and ground engineering division looks forward to celebrating its 30th anniversary in the UK next year, we’re proud to have a continued, strong presence in Burton upon Trent. “Our UK operations started in a single Port-a-cabin and since then we’ve come a long way. We’re stronger than ever, which is down to the company’s continuous innovation and our exceptionally talented and loyal staff.” The move to the new HQ has enabled Ischebeck Titan, which is at the forefront of innovation, to expand its products range and pre-assembly service, including the revolutionary Screen Saver system which has driven significant growth for the business over the last five years – having won the prestigious Concrete Structures Group CONTRUCT Innovations award! New products to strengthen its current range have been launched this year, such as A Frames – a strong, single-sided wall formwork system, Cladding Screens and Demolition Screens – the latest additions to the Screen Saver family. The new premises also prompted a review of processes and supply chain management systems to introduce greater efficiencies across the business. This includes working with locally based waste management experts Willshee’s Waste & Recycling to help it achieve its ambition of sending zero waste to landfill.  

Ischebeck Titan has also partnered with Gold standard Fleet Operation Recognition Scheme (FORS) transport supplier Punchards, based in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, as part of its commitment to use local expertise. The UK expansion comes as the Ischebeck Titan Group also opened a new 104,000 sq ft Dubai headquarters.
